Los principios con que los hermanos John y Horace Dodge fundaron su negocio automotriz en EEUU, honestidad y seguridad, se consolidan con la prestigiosa marca Dodge bajo el alero del Grupo Chrysler, anotando más de 90 años de exitosa trayectoria en el mercado automotriz mundial.

A partir 1914, tras fundar un negocio de repuestos en Detroit, su empresa se convirtió a poco andar en la más prestigiosa del rubro. En 1928, el fabricante norteamericano Walter P. Chrysler compró la marca e incorporó la ingeniería de Dodge, integrando a los hermanos en la producción. Desde entonces, sus productos han sido una verdadera leyenda en la historia automotriz mundial como los deportivos Dodge Charger y Dodge Challenger, además de su destacada línea de SUV.

En Chile, es representada desde 1993 por SK Bergé, a través de Comercial Chrysler, uno de los distribuidores más importantes de la marca en Latinoamérica.
